2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners draws attention of this Court to the judgment dated 17.05.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No.7491 of 2016 and submits, direction given by this Court vide the said judgment is yet to be worked out by the Contemnors.

3. Mr. Rout, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State is present and submits, he has instruction to represent the Opposite Party No.1 and admits to have received copy of the Contempt Petition.

4. He prays for two weeks' time to take instruction and file Compliance/Show Cause Affidavit.

5. Prayer for time is allowed.

6. Issue notice to the Opposite Party No.2 by Registered /Speed Post with A.D., requisite for which be filed by 22.09.2023.

7. On filing of requisites, notice be issued to the Opposite Party No.2 fixing a short returnable date.

8. Matter be listed on 13th October, 2023.

9. Tracking Report be kept on record before the next date of listing.
