1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. This appeal has been filed challenging the judgment dated 24.5.2023 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur in Criminal Poceeding No. 175 of 2020.
3. Stamp Reporter has pointed that RPFAM is maintainable against the impugned order instead of MATA.
4. Mr. M. Moharana, learned counsel appearing for the appellant from Virtual Court Room at Ganjam, Berhampur prays that the nomenclature of the appeal may be changed from MATA to RPFAM.
5. Prayer is allowed.
6. The case shall be registered as RPFAM and listed before the appropriate Bench after preparation of fresh Stamp Report. Learned counsel for appellant shall make necessary amendments in the cause-title.
