1. This appeal has been filed by the appellant, challenging the

judgment dated 03.05.2023 passed by the learned Judge, Family

Court, Cuttack in Civil Proceeding No. 867 of 2021 allowing the

application of the wife filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage

Act and directing the appellant-husband to return to the society of

the respondent-wife and to resume marital life within a period of two

months.

2. Heard Mr. S.K. Baral, learned counsel for the appellant.

3. Issue notice on the question of admission in the appeal and in

the interlocutory application through Registered Post with A.D

returnable within four weeks. Requisites shall be filed by

18.09.2023. One set of process fee shall be accepted.
