06. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition has already been decided by this Court in the case of (Narusu Pradhan vs. State of Odisha) in W.P.(C) No.5377 of 2010 vide judgment dated 19.12.2011.

4. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to quash the impugned order dtd.19.07.2012 under Annexure-9 and while quashing the same, dispose of the Writ Petition in the light of the judgment passed by this Court in the case of (Narusu Pradhan vs. State of Odisha) in W.P.(C) No.5377 of 2010 vide judgment dated 19.12.2011.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
