2. Learned Counsel for the parties are present.

3. Mr. Parija, learned Counsel for the Opposite Party submits, copy of the Interlocutory Application for condonation of delay is served on him just now. He prays for a short adjournment to file objection to the application for condonation of delay.

4. Mr. Mohanty, learned Counsel for the Review Petitioner submits, Contempt Proceeding has been initiated for willful flouting of judgment dated 15.12.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.4141 of 2016, which is posted to 29th September, 2023. Accordingly, he prays for listing of the matter well before the said date.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the parties, matter be listed on 21st September, 2023 under the same heading. Objection to the application for condonation of delay, if any, be filed in the meantime.
