02. 1. This appeal has been filed by the appellant, challenging the

judgment dated 13.02.2023 passed by the learned Judge, Family

Court, Dhenkanal in C.P. No. 84 of 2021 where the application of

the husband praying for a decree of divorce has been rejected.

2. Heard Mr. Brahmananda Tripathy, learned counsel for the

appellant.

3. Issue notice on the question of admission to the sole

respondent by Registered Post with A.D. returnable within four

weeks. Requisites shall be filed by 13.09.2023.

4. List this case in the week commencing 30.10.2023.
