2. The case number be corrected in the order sheet dated 28.2023.

3. This matter was heard and judgment has been reserved. In the meantime, on being mentioned by learned counsel for the petitioners, the matter is taken up under the heading "To be mentioned".

4. It is submitted by Mr. Niranjan Panda, learned counsel for the petitioners that despite the fact the court below has informed about pendency of this case NBW has been issued against the petitioners. Mr. Panda is unable to produce the certified copy of this order.

5. List this matter on 12th September, 2023 for

production of certified copy of the order directing issuance of NBW against the petitioners.

6. Till such time no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners.
