1. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
2. Through the pleadings, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that the Petitioner has brought Mutation Proceeding, vide Mutation Case No.5161/2019 but however on the basis of civil court judgment and decree (C.S. No.143/2019-I). Considering the Mutation Case is simply based on a civil court decree and there is no complicated issue involved therein, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs early disposal of Mutation Case No.5161/2019 at least within a period of one and half months but in the involvement of the Parties likely to be affected and appropriate R.O.R. be issued after two weeks thereafter.
