    01.     1.      This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual
            /Physical Mode).

2. Alleging non-compliance of order dated 24.07.2023 wherein this Court had directed for continuance of the interim order till delivery of the judgment which has been kept reserved by this Court the Petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present contempt application.

3. Considering such submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the Contemnor, this Court directs the Opposite Parties to immediate implement the interim order, failing which this Court shall be constrained to proceed against the Contemnor for willful and violation of this Court's order // 2 //

dated 24.07.2023 under the provisions of the Contempt of Court's Act.

4. The CONTC is accordingly disposed of.
