arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for Petitioners.

3. Through this Writ Petition the Petitioner

challenges the judgment and order dated 27.07.2023

passed by the learned District Consumer Disputes

Redressal Commission, Sundargarh-1 in Consumer

4. In such view of the matter, let notice be issued to

the Opposite Party No.2 by Regd. Post with A.D./Speed

Post making it returnable by 6th November, 2023.

Requisites shall be filed within three working days from

today.

5. List this matter on 7th November, 2023.

6. As an interim measure, it is directed that operation

of the judgment and order dated 27.07.2023 passed by the

learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal

Commissioner, Sundargarh-1 in Consumer Complaint

Case No.57 of 2019/Annexure-9 shall remain stayed till

the next date of listing of this matter.
