06. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Mr. B.K. Padhi, learned Central Government Counsel for the Appellant so also Mr. N. Panda, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 and Mr. B. Panigrahi, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State/Respondent No.2 are present.
3. To substantiate the prayer made in the I.A. for condonation of delay, Mr. Padhi, learned Central Government Counsel for the Appellant cites the judgment of the apex Court in SLP (Civil) No.2308 of 2009 (P.K. Palanisamy vs. N. Arumugham & another). Similarly, to oppose the prayer for condonation of delay, Mr. Panda cites the judgment of the apex Court in SLP(C) No.15793 of 2019 (Ajay Dabra vs. Pyare Ram & others), reported in 2023 SCC Online SC 92. The said Judgments are taken on record.
4. Mr. Panda submits, Objection to this I.A. for condonation of delay has been filed on 24.11.2023. The same is not on record. Office is directed to bring on record the Objection before the next date of listing.
5. Matter be listed in the week commencing from 11th December, 2023 under the same heading for consideration of the application for condonation of delay.
