03. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. Mr. S. Samal, learned counsel for the petitioner is present, but Mr. B.K. Das, learned counsel for the OP by filing the photocopy of the judgment passed in CP No.74 of 2023, which is kept on record, submits that the present transfer application has already become infructuous.

3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstance, the present transfer application stands disposed of as infructuous.
