22. 1. This civil revision petition has been filed by the Petitioners
challenging the judgment and decree dated 14.03.2005 and 04.04.2005 respectively passed by the learned Ad hoc Additional District Judge (F.T.), Keonjhar in Misc. Appeal No.7/1 of 2002/2003, reversing the order dated 31.01.2002 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Keonjhar in Succession Misc. Case No.4 of 2000.
2. Miss S. Rout, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. S.P. Misra, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that she has no instruction in this matter. A memo to that effect has been filed in Court, which is taken on record.
3. In view of the above submission, the CRP stands disposed of for want of instruction.
