3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that he does not want to press both I.A. and Misc. Case.

4. Accordingly, I.A and Misc. Case are dismissed as withdrawn.

3. List this matter in the week commencing 18th of December, 2023.

4. Mr. S. Nayak, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2 contended that the issue involved in the present batch of writ petitions are covered by an order passed by this Court on 12.11.2021 in WPC(OAC) No.2480 of 2015 and another. Copy of the judgment so produced in Court be kept in record.

5. Mr. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to go through the judgment and apprise this Court by the next date.
