4. Issue notice to the Opposite Party.

5. Learned counsel for the State waives of notice on behalf

of the Opposite Party. An extra copy of the brief be

served on him within three working days hence.

6. List this matter on 21st December, 2023.

1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the

Petitioner was all along on bail during the period of

trial and appeal.

3. In view of such submission made by the learned

counsel for the Petitioner, this Court directs that the

Petitioner shall surrender before the learned Asst.

Sessions Judge, Salipur in connection with S.T. No.255

of 2014 / T.R. No.79 of 2016 within ten working days

hence and apply for bail. In such event, the Petitioner
