02. 1. Mr. Sibgatullah, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant/appellant-husband. He submits, his client is aggrieved by judgment dated 22nd August, 2019, refused to be reviewed by order dated 4th March, 2023 and has preferred the appeal on delay. The appeal is directed against quantum of permanent alimony.

2. Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent- wife and submits, delay is 1388 days. He files his client's objection to the application for condonation.

3. Report on delay is 30 days taking into account applicant applied for review of the judgment, rejected by order dated 4th March, 2023. It does appear from said order that respondent-wife was represented and contested the application.

4. Mr. Sibgatullah prays for adjournment as copy of the objection has just been served.
