07. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. This record listed today for modification is taken up in presence of Mr. S.S. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. A perusal of record would go to indicate that neither anyone had appeared for O.P. No.2 despite valid service of notice nor had any counsel argued for O.P.No.2, but inadvertently the name of Mr. A. Garnaik has been reflected as a counsel for O.P. No.2 in the cause list in the order dated 28.08.2023 and in the judgment dated 14.09.2023. Further, no submission of OP No.2 has been reflected in the body of the judgment. It therefore, appears that the mentioning of name of Mr. A. Garnaik in the cause list

as a counsel for O.P. No.2 is an inadvertent mistake and liable to be corrected.

4. Hence, the name of Mr. A. Garnaik as a counsel for O.P. No.2 be deleted from the cause list in the order dated 28.08.2023 as well as in the judgment dated 14.09.2023. Necessary correction in the cause list be accordingly carried out.
