02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. H.M. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate for the Appellants-State.

3. Since the learned Single Judge has passed an order dated 12th November, 2020 in W.P.(C) No.29696 directing the Opposite Parties to consider the case of the Petitioner and regularize his services keeping in view the judgments cited therein, the authority concerned is directed first to take into consideration the case of the Petitioner in light of the Judgments cited therein and thereafter, if the Petitioner is found otherwise eligible, then regularize his services.

4. In that view of the matter, the said order of the learned Single Judge dated 12th November, 2020 is modified to the above extent.

5. Accordingly, the writ appeal is disposed of.
