2. 1. Mr. Ghadei, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant-

wife. He submits, his client is aggrieved by judgment dated 1st

August, 2023 of the family Court, dissolving the marriage. The appeal

was filed in time but there is minor defect and already removed. He

prays for admission of the appeal and interim stay of the judgment.

2. Appellant will put in requisites for issuance of notice of

appeal.
