15. 1. Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears and submits, his leader
is Mr. Rout, learned advocate engaged by appellant-wife. His leader
has filed memo dated 3rd November, 2023. Text of the memo is
reproduced below.
"The present petitioner does not want to press this MATA Application. Hence may kindly be withdrawn."

2. On query from Court it is ascertained that the appeal was
preferred against judgment dated 3rd December, 2016 made by the
family Court dissolving the marriage. Appellant-wife does not want to
prosecute the appeal. Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf
of respondent-husband and submits, the permanent alimony has been
paid.
3. In view of aforesaid, the appeal is dismissed.
