2. Mr. P.K. Mishra, learned Counsel for the Petitioners so also Mr. P.K.Mohanty, learned counsel for Opposite Party No.1 are present. Learned Counsel for Opposite Party No.2 is absent on call.

Mr. Mishra, learned Counsel for the Petitioners hands up the copy of the Judgment dated 05.04.2022 of Gujarat High Court passed in R/Special Civil Application No.4800 of 2021 [The Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd vs. Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (TDS)] and submits, the issue involved in the present lis has been dealt with in the said Judgment, apart from the judgment which was earlier cited by him on 16.10.2023. The same be kept on record.

4. Mr. P.K. Mohanaty, learned counsel for Opposite Party No.1 submits, brief has been recently assigned to him. Accordingly, he prays for a short adjournment to get ready in the matter. The same is allowed.
