2. Mr. Rath, learned proxy Counsel, on behalf of Mr. M.K. Dash, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1, appears through virtual mode and submits, though a copy of the Memorandum of Appeal has been received, but the same was without the copy of the impugned judgment passed in LAR Case No.49 of 2015. Mr. Rath further prays for an adjournment on the ground of illness of his senior. He undertakes to collect copy of the impugned judgment from the learned Counsel for the Appellant.
