3. This is an appeal from the judgment dated 18.03.2023 delivered in GMC No.27 of 2021 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Baripada, Mayurbhanj by declaring that the custody of the child will be with the Respondent. The appellant being the mother has challenged that judgment.

4. Admit.

5. Call for LCRs, scanned or photocopies.

6. Issue notice.

7. Notice is made returnable on 23.06.2023.

8. Steps for service of notice shall be taken by 19.05.2023 by registered post.

9. On the next date, the parties, i.e., the appellant and the respondent shall appear in person.

2. This is an application for staying the operation of the Judgment dated 18.03.2023 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Baripada in GMC No.27 of 2021 by which the custody of the child has been granted in favour of the Opposite Party.

3. Issue notice.

4. Notice is made returnable on 23.06.2023.

5. Steps for service of notice on the Opposite Party shall be taken by the applicant by 19.05.2023 by Registered Post with A.D.

6. In the meanwhile, status quo of the custody of the child shall be maintained by the parties.
