Order No. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. 2. Heard.
3. When the petitioner was on bail, however the date fixed for pronouncement of the judgment, he did not appear. Hence, the judgment was kept in sealed cover and N.B.W. was issued.
4. It is submitted that the petitioner could not appear on the date fixed as he was suffering from Covid like symptoms and had been advised to take rest at home in quarantine till recovery.
5. In support of such contention, medical certificate has been filed under Annexure-1.
6. Considering the submissions above and the ground for which the petitioner could not appear, I am inclined to take a lenient view.
7. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Court below on 25.05.2023, on which date the Court below shall pronounce the judgment.
8. The CRLMC is disposed of accordingly.
