                         3.        1.      This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. This RPFAM has been filed challenging the judgment dated 19th June, 2015 (Annexure-2) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Jeypore in Cr.P. No.12 of 2013, wherein, the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month to the Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.2,000/- to the Opposite Party No.2 from the date of the application, i.e., 30th May, 2013.

3. By filing a memo, Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the Petitioner, prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM.

4. In view of the memo filed, the RPFAM is dismissed as SASANKA Digitally signed withdrawn. Memo so filed be kept on record.
