1. This matter was heard on 02.05.2023 and judgment was reserved on that date.

2. This morning, on mention made by Mr.G.N.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner in the first hour that he wants to urge a few more points and cite some more decisions, the case is listed today by way of Special Notice under the heading "To be Mentioned" at 2.00 P.M.

3. When the matter is taken up at 2.00 P.M., Mr.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not in a position to argue the matter today. When I wanted to adjourn the matter tomorrow (04.05.2023) or day after tomorrow (05.05.2023), he submitted that he will not be available on those dates. He also submits that the case was posted in the learned Court below on 02.05.2023 and has now been adjourned to 06.06.2023.

4. It appears that the learned counsel is not interested in making further submissions even though the matter was listed today on his mention.

5. List this matter next week before the appropriate Bench after taking instruction of the Hon'ble Chief Justice.
