Order 28.3.2023 No. 01. 1. From the submission of learned counsel appearing for
petitioner, it appears writ petition involves the orders at Annexures-3
and 4 challenged herein with allegation Registering Authority
misapplying the provision under Section 22 of the O.L.R. Act when
undisputedly Annexure-1 completely discloses land involved herein
is Gharabari and no way in the status Agriculture land.
2. Issue notice to the opposite parties on the question of
admission. Since both the opposite parties will be represented by the
learned State Counsel, two extra copies of the writ petition be served
on the learned State Counsel within a period of three working days.
3. Learned State Counsel wants to some time to go through the

brief and response to the Court also in the involvement of the
judgment of this Court appended herein at Annexure-5.
