01. 1. Mr. Bhokta, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners, who are two in number. He submits, they were included the eight petitioners granted relief by coordinate Bench on order dated 27th August, 2019 in disposed of WP(C) no.10585 of 2019. Six of the eight thereafter moved this Court and obtained judgment dated 6th February, 2023 in WP(C) no.23872 of 2019. His clients are the remaining two persons. He submits, his clients be directed as covered by said judgment.

2. Mr. Rout, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State.

3. Issue notice along with this order on opposite party nos.3 and 4 by registered/speed post with A.D. Petitioners will put in requisites.
