05. 1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that to the best of his information, charges have not yet been framed in the case. He seeks to place reliance on the judgment dated 19th December, 2022 of the learned Single Judge in CRLMC No.2628 of 2013 (Surendra Kumar Mishra v. State of Orissa).
2. Learned Additional Government Advocate for the State, on the other hand, seeks time for instructions on whether in fact charges have been framed.
3. At his request, list before the roster Bench on 9th May, 2023.
