                 3.         1.      This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 5th February, 2015 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal in Criminal Proceeding No.16 of 2014 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Opposite Party has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month to the minor son (not made party to the present RPFAM) with effect from the date of application, i.e., 11th February, 2014.

4. Mr. Behera, learned counsel on being instructed by Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner does not want to press this RPFAM. He accordingly files a memo for withdrawal of the RPFAM.

5. The RPFAM is dismissed as withdrawn. Memo so filed be kept on record.
