        4.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 19th July, 2012 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda in Criminal Petition No.260 of 2011 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.2,500/- per month to the Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.1,000/- per month to each of the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 from the date of application, i.e., from 24th June, 2011.

3. Mr. Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo submits that he has no instruction in the matter. Memo is taken on record.

4. In view of the memo filed, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
