02. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. C.K. Pradhan, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

3. This is an application for condoning the delay of 20 days, according to the Stamp Reporter, in filing the appeal from the judgment dated 18.10.2022 delivered in W.P.(C) No.16845 of 2012.

4. Issue notice as to why the aforementioned delay should not be condoned as prayed for or such other order or orders should not be passed by this Court as deemed appropriate in the circumstances of the case.

5. Notice is made returnable on 27th July, 2023.

6. Steps for service of notice on the Opposite Party shall be taken by the applicant within 26th June, 2023 by Registered Post with A.D.
