1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement
(Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. B.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the
petitioner.
3. Mr. Mohanty files an I.A. for condonation of delay in
Court today. Office is directed to register the same.
4. Issue notice to the opposite parties on the question of
Limitation by Registered Post with A.D. requisites for which
shall be filed by Monday (11.06.2023).
5. List this matter in the week commencing 7th of August,
2023.
6. Notice as above.
7. In the interim, it is directed that the Judgment/Order // 2 //
dated 02.11.2022 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court,
Rourkela in Crl.P. No.44 of 2021 shall remain stayed till the
next date subject to the petitioner depositing a sum of
Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) before the learned
Judge, Family Court, Rourkela by 30th of June, 2023. The
petitioner is also directed to go on paying Rs.6,000/- (Rupees
Six Thousand) as monthly maintenance to the opposite
parties from this month without fail.
8. Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per rules.
