                    10.            1.       Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for time to seek
                                   instruction in the matter.

2. Learned counsel for appearing for the CDA submits that the schedule land cannot be settled with the petitioner in view of the judgment of the Apex Court.

3. However, at the above request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, hearing the matter stands adjourned as a last chance.

4. List on 7th August, 2023 for peremptory hearing and final disposal. It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be allowedon the date fixed.

5. Interim order passed by this Court earlier shall remain in force till the next date of listing.
