1. Even though learned counsel appearing for the petitioner claims this matter is already covered by a judgment of this Court, learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties wants to contest the matter by bringing the counter affidavit.

2. Let counter affidavit be filed within a period of three weeks hence as a matter chance.

3. In the meantime, copy of the judgment of this Court also be extended to learned counsel appearing for the contesting opposite parties to find the case is already covered by such judgment.

4. Put up this matter on 25.08.2023 along with the connected case records listed today.

5. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till next date.
