2. Learned Counsel for the parties are present.

3. Mr. S.N. Pattanaik, learned Additional Government Advocate appears for Opposite Party/Contemnor and submits that W.A. No.1603 of 2023 has been preferred by the State against the Judgment dated 10th November, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.4916 of 2019. He prays for three weeks time to move the said Writ Appeal and obtain appropriate order.

4. Prayer for time is allowed.

5. Matter be listed on 18th August, 2023.

6. Needless to mention here that, if no order is produced on the said date or the Contemnor fails to satisfy this Court that despite best effort, the Writ Appeal could not be listed, appropriate order will be passed for noncompliance of the order dated 10th November, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.4916 of 2019.
