2. The Petitioner in this CMP seeks to assail the judgment dated 20th July, 2019 passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhawanipatna in C.S. No.105 of 2017.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo in Court today submits that since the Petitioner has alternative remedy, he may be permitted to withdraw the CMP to avail the remedy under law.

4. In view of such submission, this CMP is disposed of as withdrawn.
