Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, the plot number indicated in last but one line of the first page of the judgment dated 11.07.2023 in W.P.(C) No.15215 of 2023 be corrected and read hereafter as "Hal Plot No.552/1098" instead of "Hal Plot No.552/1908". The other part of the judgment dated 11.07.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No.15215 of 2023 remains unaltered.
