2. Judgment dated 10th October, 2018 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in Criminal Proceeding No.13 of 2016 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed pay maintenance of Rs.7,500/- per month to the Opposite Party per month from the date of the order, i.e., 10th October, 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM
