    02.     1.      This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual
            /Physical Mode).

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the State.

3. This is an application for modification of the judgment dated 12.05.2023.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the common judgment has been passed by order dated 12.05.2023, but inadvertently an error has crept into the last but one line of paragraph-56 of the said judgment with the inclusion of the following sentence:-

"there is no evidence or pleading that they were not // 2 //

gainfully employed"

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for modification of the judgment by deleting above noted sentence from the said paragraph-56.

6. Having heard the learned counsels for the parties, it is directed that the above mention sentence in the judgment dated 12.05.2023 in paragraph-56 "there is no evidence or pleading that they were not gainfully employed" be deleted and necessary correction be carried out in the final judgment, which has been passed in the common judgment, rest part of the judgment shall remain intact. However, the time stipulation in the final judgment shall be counted from the date of communication of this order and the corrected final judgment be uploaded again.

7. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
