01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

2. It has been stated by Mr. Digambara Mishra, learned counsel

appearing for the appellants that an Interlocutory Application seeking

condonation of delay and another Interlocutory Application for stay of

operation of the impugned judgment have been filed by the appellant.

But those are not on Board today.

3. The Registry is directed to list the appeal on 05.07.2023 along

with those Interlocutory Applications.

4. The appellants are also directed to remove the defects as

identified by the Registry in the meanwhile.
