        7.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 5th May, 2012 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Puri in C.R.P. No.68 of 2011 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.3,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of filing of the application i.e. from 22nd April, 2011.

3. Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter.

4. None appears for the Opposite Party, although she is represented by learned counsel.

5. In view of the above, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
