        3.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment dated 8th December, 2011 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda in Crl. Petition No.588 of 2010, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.2,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of application, i.e., from 11th October, 2010.

3. Mr. Dash, learned counsel being authorized by Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that they have instruction to withdraw the RPFAM. He also filed a memo to that effect, which is taken on record.

4. In view of the above, the RPFAM stands dismissed as withdrawn.

5. Interim order dated 17th August, 2012 passed in M.C. No.21 of 2012 stands vacated.
