2. Heard Mr. P.K. Tripathy, learned counsel for the insurer - Appellant.

3. It is submitted that certified copy of the impugned judgment has been filed in MACA No.707 of 2022. As such filing of the same in the present appeal is dispensed with.

4. The I.A. is disposed of.

02. 5. The statutory deposit made by the Appellant be invested by the Registry in fixed deposit in any nationalized Bank renewable from time to time pending appeal.

6. S.R. be completed within ten days.
