02. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. It is claimed that the enhanced compensation determined by way of a reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in terms of the judgment dated 17.02.2014 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nuapada in L.A.R. No.07 of 2011 has not yet been disbursed in spite of the positive directions passed by this Court vide order dated 09.09.2020 in W.P.(C) No.21050 of 2020.
3. Mr. L. Samantaray, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate for the opposite parties upon instructions states that the order stands complied with and the admissible amount of enhanced compensation awarded by the reference court (under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894) has since been sanctioned and disbursed to the petitioner, hence the contempt petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous.
