03. 1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner furnished a copy of judgment rendered by this Court vide order dated 26.08.2022 in the case of Bhagaban Nanda vs. State of Odisha & Others (WPC(OAC) Nos. 695 of 2016) and submits that the fact situation is identical to the present case of the Petitioner. It is seen that the Petitioner has challenged office order dated 31.3.2016 vide Annexure-5 in the present case. A copy of the said order is served on Mr. M.K. Khuntia, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate.

2. The present matter being WPC(OA) No. 670 of 2016 is disposed of in the same terms as contained in order dated 26.08.2022 passed in Bhagaban Nanda vs. State of Odisha & Others (supra).

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
