      Order No.                        11.01.2023

         1.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This writ petition has been filed assailing the judgment dated 8th August, 2022 (Annexure-2) passed by learned Additional District Judge, Sundargarh in FAO No.5/10 of 2016- 21 dismissing the appeal and confirming the order dated 2nd March, 2016 passed by the Authorized Officer-cum-Assistant Conservator of Forests, Rourkela Forest Division, Rourkela in Confiscation Proceeding No.163 of 2014-15.

3. In course of hearing, Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.

4. Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

5. Certified copy of Annexure-2 shall be returned to the learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopy thereof.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
