arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for stay the impugned judgment dated 31.08.2021 passed by the learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Jeypore in T.R. Case No.04 of 2007 arising out of G.R. Case No.08 of 1987(V). Mr. Sanjay Kumar Das, learned Standing Counsel for the Vigilance Department has filed objection to the interim application in Court today, which is taken on record. Copy of the objection has been served on the learned counsel for the appellant who seeks some time to go through the same.
