2. Mr. Sahu, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, so also Mr. Rout, learned Standing Counsel for the Contemnors are present.

Mr. Sahu submits that though vide Order dated 11th December, 2021, the W.P.(C) No.36748 of 2020 was disposed of, referring to common judgment delivered on 11th December, 2021 in W.P.(C) No.33301 of 2020, the State has preferred Writ Appeal No.687 of 2022 against the said judgment and as an interim, the impugned Order passed in W.P.(C) No.33301 of 2020 has been stayed by the Division Bench. He prays for liberty to move for listing of the contempt proceeding after disposal of the said Writ Appeal.

4. Accordingly, matter be listed after disposal of Writ Appeal No.687 of 2022.

5. The Petitioner is given liberty to move for listing and disposal of the present case after disposal of the Writ Appeal.
