        13.      1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment dated 30th March, 2012 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Puri in C.R.P. No.1110 of 2010, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.2,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.1,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.2 from the date of filing of the petition, i.e., from 22nd November, 2006.

3. Mr. Behera, learned counsel submits that he has no instruction in the matter.

4. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non- prosecution.

5. Interim order dated 6th September, 2012 passed in M.C. No.183 of 2012 stands vacated.
